1. Is there any postage/shipping fees for my purchase?

Shipping fees are calculated based on volumetric weight, depending on your delivery location:

• Peninsular Malaysia (SM): Volumetric Weight (J&T Express)
• Sabah & Sarawak (SS): Volumetric Weight (Pos Laju, J&T Express, DHL eCommerce)
• International: Volumetric Weight (FedEx, DHL eCommerce, Pos Malaysia International)

2. How long does delivery take?

• Within 3–5 working days.
• Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the next working day (e.g. Monday).
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day (e.g. Monday).
